Here Comes the Bride, the Bride, the Bride...

We made these for a bridal shower that was held on Saturday. Thank you, Kim, for your order and donation to Habitat for Humanity.

Something Old, Something New

The gowns are old (although these are ivory, so not so old), the tuxes new--they pair quite well together. I always thought June was the wedding month but we seem to get most of our wedding orders in July.

Another bridal shower!

Another tropical bridal shower...She wanted bride's dresses and hibiscus flowers. I think they look great plated together.

Hibiscus Flower Pots

My good friend Laurie was throwing a tropical themed bridal shower. She wanted bouquets of hibiscus flower cookies so that the guests could each take one home as a favor. I hope that everyone liked them!

Mistakes

Our kids will tell you that we only let them eat the cookies that don't pass our quality assurance test. They call them mistakes.

We have an order for bridal shower cookies. Congratulations Andrea!

I made these as samples along with some cookies I was making for personal use. The cookie on the left has a big dent in it and the one on the right has a crumb in the icing. Needless to say, I wouldn't even give these as samples. The shower cookies will be in pink and brown (love those colors) and will probably be similar to these. Stay tuned for the final product.
